Gee, I wonder what gave you that impression. Was it the absolute THRASH to crafting? Once again you've raised the FLOOR for crafting, the only difference is that this time, you've actually brought the ceiling down quite a bit, too. Do you NOT want us to craft gear unless we're fucking rich? Maybe is was the huge nerf to defenses? You constantly keep making things harder and harder, and then when players finally find a way to actually survive some encounters, you decide to swing at that, Perhaps it was the massive removal of item drops from the game? You don't want us CRAFTING gear, apparently. But now it's as if you don't want us to FIND gear, either. Could it be that maybe you received some negative feedback after LYING to the community? Intentionally omitting bad news because you knew it would make people angry, and didn't want to spoil the league launch. When all that did was shift the anger back a few hours. How about the way you casually insult players whenever you insist the changes are really for our own good, and that they only happened because we somehow abused the systems that YOU GAVE US. Is it your complete inability to accept and admit you made a mistake, and just revert the changes, because you feel like you have to stick to your guns, even when it's clear you're in the wrong? You don't even apologize to players for what you've done. How about being so out of touch with the community, that, after receiving targeted feedback, you realize an article that barely even TOUCHES on what was brought up, and basically double down with, "This wasn't in the patch notes, and it was completely intentional." Or is there something more malicious and/or incompetent going on here, and you're sitting there thinking, "the game is not in a good state because we haven't convinced people to buy more supporter packs." Seriously? With the massive sweeping issues with loot/currency drops, you dont mention it at all. This should have been addressed first bar none. When youre top streamers who lets face it, are a massive reason you have your current level of success, are all so unhappy with the state of the game that they are quiting. You think that tuning down the health was the issue? Maybe the fact that AG with min maxed gear can get destroyed in .7 seconds because you over tuned damage. May the fact that we do 90 plus maps and end up not making enough currency to buy any more and none are dropping. I hate reddit most of the time, but theyre spot on. Stop trying to turn the game into Chris's Vision and give the players something they can enjoy. Holy ****.

Jokes aside, if your vision is that we have to run countless maps crossing fingers to find one unique monster that drops some loot, let me tell you that d2 is much better in that domain.
Heading back to that 20+ year old game. |
