This. This says it all. I am not sure why you would kill the thing that has made you popular to date amongst games in your genre. It's fun being able to get a build that can blow up a map with the right investment. If I wanted to do more difficult bosses I could build for that as well.

I don't mind difficulty if rewards are in line, but what you have provided in this patch is anything but fun or rewarding.

F2P is the most profitable business model at the moment and they choose it themselves, the game was mostly funded by players. Chris did not take bazillions out of his pocket to fund the game. Also he sold it out to tencent already so it's basically not his game anymore, he's just in charge of it.

I hate this F2P excuse for another reason, even as free players you're still advertising this game, by boosting player numbers, economy and overall feel of success of the game.

Even back in 2012 it was not Chris game, but community funded project which could go nowhere without players support and I think community has their right to demand changes that Chris himself cannot see fit.

There's a big problem with his ego, he just can't stop talking about Diablo 2 and good ol' days, it's some neverending boner for this game, but we don't want or care about D2, we want to play PoE and what made it great. Fast combat, big loot explosions, screen freezing skills that drop you down to 10fps and have you praying that you're not dead. The prime of this game is long gone and I don't even know what direction it's going now but I'm one of hundreds if not thousands who can't enjoy it.

Playing since 2012 (10 year account anniversary to the day, actually) and gotta say the golden era of PoE seems to have passed. I am really disappointed with the direction you lot have taken with the game these past 2 leagues. It genuinely feels like I'm watching my favorite pass-time die off. I hope I'm very wrong and that the game finds a way to turn it around in the future.

Im feeling the same way, thats prob also because they killed widescreen support and i will never not complain about that.

I keep my fingers crossed for you GGG. I'm patient, have life outside of the game. And I see no sense in all that hate.

Mates, you don't like the product? You have options:
1) Stop using it
2) Engage in constructive discussion how can it be made better (and if it fails, there is always option 1)
