Guardian seems to be like 40% better than necro and scion from this, even just accounting for curse immunity AND 2x more armour(which scales with bis defensive shield Aegis Aurora)

That is sad because i like to play cute women, not senile fools that forgot to wear pants.

Heh. Look, if you wanna go Block, I'd still do Necromancer, honestly. Guardian works and isn't half bad, but Necro is better for Block.

This build doesn't use Block, so that kinda changes the power dynamics.

That is good point, but playing nerfed class brings bad luck, so for me it is between scion and templar.
I also played witch for last 4 leagues and need some fresh air.
Scion is tempting with 2x jewel to also get tailwind for you and minions.
But templar seems like class with nice ammount of defense which i find to be much more important at league start and does not need possibly expensive unique jewels for it.
I will flip a coin 1minute before making character unless I see some great argument for either somewhere. Atm I consider templar to be slightly better pick. Guardian has easy time generating charges for himself and minions but those are not that powerful anymore after this nerf so maybe not even worth getting from ascendancy.

Just to be 100% clear - Guardian does NOT share charges with Minions. Only with Party Members. Found that out the hard way...

Gosh, that is revelation to me, i assumed that works. in to the trash with templar.
What about the tailwind, it does say "shared with allies" on scion so that should work for sure right? Because necromancer skills say "allies" too.
Allies is fine. Party Members isn't.

Guardian is still as good or better for SRS, but not as much for Block.

Guardian can steal Ascendancies from Inquisitor, there's some pretty dope things there.

I will use this as a backline, might try some LL or CI stuff later might even try stacking auras who knows but new srs looks solid.
