How much minus resistance does exposure from enemies applies to the player? Is there any way to reduce or become immune to it?

With eldritch altars being capable of giving monsters spell suppression, what is the maximum amount of suppressed spell damage prevention that monsters can have? Incidentaly, do monsters have the same caps for block/spell block, resistances, and physical damage reduction that players have?

Can monsters that become "untargetable" (such as burrowing bugs and devourers) and which have the Soul Eater modifier "eat souls" while untargetable?

i like to ask about mechanics! my simple question is "Why is so difficult to understand damage?"
i would like to see some straight forward calculation, if i add an item or not, giving me the plus or minus value of dmg, and all other useful stats.

Consider the following three small Atlas Passive Skills (APSs):

a) Strongboxes in your Maps have 30% increased chance to be a Diviner's Strongbox
b) Strongboxes in your Maps have 30% increased chance to be a Cartographer's Strongbox
c) Strongboxes in your Maps have 30% increased chance to be an Arcanist's Strongbox

Further, let p be the probability of a Strongbox in my Maps being a Diviner's Strongbox without any APSs allocated. What would be the probability of a Strongbox being a Diviner's Strongbox in my Maps if the only APSs I have allocated are a, a + b, and a + b + c?

This would INSTANTLY give players a lot of answers related to critical in-game mechanics, that this WHAT and HOW kills us. With that knowledge it would be easier for us to work on that part of our defense, which is most lacking (most often leads to our deaths). In the game where it's so easy to die, and when death is so painful / costly (at 90+ that lost exp hurts a lot), this would be really helpful automatic Q&A feature.
Does the "socketed gems deal 30% more damage on low life" essence mod work with minion gems? And if so, my life or their life?

Why can we NOT reset daily missions to most recently run map tier? This removes a level of control and player agency for no apparent benefit.

There are a few things I would like to know:

- Any plans to change the trade system on Console/pc so they get equal?, and allowing crosstrade?, There need to be some changes to trade on console to get the game more attractive, Like Direct Buyout if asking price is equal, or display gamertags on sellers. Optional display only items meeting criteria in searches so no need to browse hundreds of pages.

- I play on Ps5, what about adding new throphies (dlc) every season (Take a look at Gems of war for example) to keep the players intrested.

-What about a dedicated ps5 version of the game, could that maybe make the performance even better?

- Will Poe 2 come with new throphies set?, or just intregrated as new story?

- Currently I think party play in Poe is favouring those ppl too much, any plans to change that?, I would instead like individual loot drop for each player which the other players can not see... Would made the co-op/party play more intresting for me....

- Any chance to add a Cluster Jewel Tab in future?



How does item pickup range work?

I recall it is somewhat linked with melee strike range, though I am foggy on the details.

Are there any current in-game mechanics that increase item-pickup range?
