Controller Bug - Unable to pick up item

What I've found is item labels sometimes spawn far from where the items actually are on the ground. As a result when one is near the labels one is too far from the items to pick them up. You can see the items on the ground sometimes; they have a faint white outline when one presses A to pick them up. Move close to where the items are on the ground, then press RT + keypad down. Labels will 'respawn' near you and the items. Sorted :)
