Controller Bug - Unable to pick up item

Let us pick up with the mouse while using the controller. I have to log out to switch to mouse and keyboard to collect items and then switch back.

Had this issue when playing on console. Now playing on PC with controller and had the same issue.

With a controller you can press Right Trigger + Dpad Down to toggle showing nameplates (similar to 'z' key on keyboard)

When hiding and then showing the name plates the name plates of the items moved to where the items where dropped!

hi guys i have been looking for this and using xbox controller on PC and what toggle highlight for me is (RT+D-PAD down)

Toggling the nameplates has not helped in my case.

Right Trigger + Dpad Down doesn't help, the item labels don't correct their positions.

The only thing that worked was wasting a portal to re enter the map.

I can't believe this is still unsolved after all this years, doing endgame content with controller is not optimal if you cannot pick up the items.

EDIT: The Right Trigger + Dpad Down keybind to reorder the items on the ground doesn't always work, not every item changes their position, some gets stuck in the same.

I guess to add to this bug, some items/currency won't hide when clicking the hide loot button. This is usually a special reward of some kind, like something from bargaining in syndicate. So if it's in an area where you can't get it there is no way to get it without doing a workaround.

the workaround is to hide all the loot then leave the area, either through a portal or just far enough for it not to show on the map. when you return it should be back where it's supposed to be.

Figured I'd pass that on if anybody has the issue too.

They seemed to have fixed this, if you leave area and return the items are reorganized so you can pick up.

@treemayne: that's not any different than using the hotkey to hide all rewards on the ground and then unhiding them, to force a repositioning of them all on the screen. I'd argue it's not fixed.

But also.....I haven't looked at this thread in a while, and just noticed via my unread messages that it had activity :p
