In order to get rid of clearspeed meta cap global movement speed at 100% but make all skills instant so everything feels great.

For those voting for that gem reward, I hope you understand how rare that card is going to be. The chances of you ever seeing it will be slim to none unless you're willing to spend an exorbitant amount of currency and gamble the odds of getting a gem actually worth something.
PoE players: Our game has a wide diversity of builds.

This card was created with end game high tier reward. And must be contain something equal after watchstones removal.

well, you should have mentioned that old cards get removed before the reward changes.
what else than the most worthy outcome did you expect? age and treachery will triumph over youth and skill!
