Holy smokes it's a tough choice between the gem and div cards. Presumably, if the gem version will be extremely rare and more of a harvest gamble target than something that you farm a full set of, well then I'd rather have the winged scarab reward. And if the fishing rod somehow wins... well that'd be a huge waste imo as the fishing endgame is just way too grindy for me
