We need a new Unique Fishing Rod as the fishing meta is starting to get stale, this card could be a nice way to introduce a new rod.

"1-19 Exalted Shards (Quantity Determination is Lucky)" seems like a great fit for this card. Wish I'd thought of it sooner! |

Unique fishing rod is the only acceptable answer. Not only that it should count as 2 melee weapon with build in chain hook 21/23. The gems you put in it counts as support. Baited build HYPE |
