"Book of Skill" Usable two times per character.
Grants 1 Passive Point. Bringing the total number for non-scion characters to 125 (129 maximum for scion) Would make the item into a chase item, as two extra passives would benefit every build possible. Would be a Div card that always has value. (more at the beginning of the league less towards the end) Wouldn't be "Required by" your build, but would benefit everyone. Once you got your two passives from it on a character you could use the card for alts or sell it. Often times the two extra passives might just be what you need to grab a mastery. Keystone, or just one more notable. Wouldn't be too game changing, but fits the theme. "The Hook" we all know that we're hooked on those Passive points and manipulating them to their fullest protentional. Would also run with the theme of Siege adding forbidden flesh/flame jewels. or another idea: New Unique jewel with the text: <Name> Limited to: 1 This item can be annointed So basically you get a Jewel that Does nothing by default. But you can annoint it like an amulet and that Jewel gives you one notable. Could even make it be a corrupted jewel: <Name> Limited to: 1 Allocates <random notable> Corrupted. Then it's an item that has high variance in value, though the jewel will almost always be valuable to someone. Though in truth i like the idea of a Div Card giving use a "Book of skill" the most | |

Either a shaper, elder, or elderslayer map for the one that you have the fewest of (either raw maps in your stash or already collected fragments). For example, if you have 10 of each of the 3 elder fragments but none of the 4th since it never drops, you get the missing map.
