I like the idea I've seen here of following the previous theme and giving a charged compass with random elevated mod, but my initial thought based on the artwork/text would be an amulet since it looks like the guy is fishing up a corpse wearing a valuable amulet, so maybe either Omniscience or Ashes of the Stars double corrupted?
