Map drops drasticly lowered by the 4th Voidstone

I was having same issue, didnt droped my fav map after playing few hours.
Same with harves I selected all mods for harvest in atlas and didn't see any after one day of playing. Before when I was having 0 nodes for harvest I was having it at least few times.
I think this is a bug.
