I found another way to solve this error (maybe it will help you)
. try clearing the cache, it worked for me . C/user/appdata/roaming/path of exile and delete cache/pictures in folders . I hope this helps someone, I myself suffered a lot from this error. Stay safe exile (◕‿◕) |

" Doesn't help done all above , tried to enter map , crash i have 25 challenges done, never saw crash till now. And now half way through map i got crash and cant get into map any more Whats worse, i started new map encountered first group of mobs and got error again. I choose to ignore it , now i can continue playing map , but there is no visible spells or effect in game, just mobs --i tried to get to hideout and i got stuck at loading screen. Same issue here,install last patch few mins ago....
After installing patch got Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Tryed to repair client and clear cache Now when log in get instant exit without any errors,before selecting gateway or clicking "LOG IN" buttom Last edited by muurdrahk#5744 on Mar 23, 2022, 3:10:34 AM

Also try a reboot. Now can log in and select char.
When logging char got out of memory error. Special for GGG : i dont install anything,dont change anything in notebook,only install latest POE patch(launcher auto update) this morning. All days in this league i play without any problems,exept this.... |

Got this issue as well, decreased my GPU overclock from +150 boost and +1220 clock to a lower boost and clock and this issue no longer occurs.
Try decreasing your GPU overclocks. |

i whole pc freezes every time I play for like 1 to 2 minutes forces me to hard reboot my pc every time
what I've checked or done so far made sure everything was updated,, drivers windows etc. etc. uninstalled path an redownloaded a fresh copy tried different ram an graphic cards system specs amd Ryzen 7 5600x ddr4 ram 64gb 2133 Nvidia GeForce 3060 graphic card using SSD using steam to play it running fresh copy of windows 11 (fully updated) was playing in the morning no issues at all came back from work to load it up an nothing bout freezes it does not post nothing or give me any idea what's causing it Last edited by Everett30#7473 on Mar 24, 2022, 11:03:38 PM

I solved my problem by simply rebooting PC after deleting cache files

for a week, my game crashes randomly...
sometimes after login, character selection sometimes on start sometimes in maps sometimes in skills screen Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. No luck yet... - cleared logs/cache - compacted gppk - re-install - reboot - drive check - "sfc/scannow" command - a few errors but not related to game crash nothing helped yet... game is unplayable in this state... cannot stay in game more than a couple of minutes...
