Yeah, you're right. I got to admit that I kind of underestimated the amount of damage Elemental Overload would add to Incinerate and assumed that without any buff to Righteous Fire it would not be worth it/there would be better alternatives.

Well, goes to show one shouldn't just make assumptions, Elemental Overload is still worth it, at least according to PoB.

"Dont shoot, let them burn!"

1/Has anyone triggered Elemental overload yet? It used to be a breeze with Incinerate, but I dont get EO triggered anymore @ 25% CS chance.

2/I did not take notice previous-league but I notice now that I do not benefit from '15% dmg from lost endurance charges' since my endurance warcry is renewing withOUT break.

Happy 3.16 guys

Hi Guys,

1/anyone figured out the EO trigger yet?

2/I waited for Endurance charges to time out and sees RF DOT increases. It does not increase if I warcry continously.

Hey Wrecker, I was looking at your RF Chieftain, are you experimenting with alternate passive skills? found anything cool yet? I was looking very hard at your use of 'petrified blood', sounds like something i could also adopt.

Hey,

to answer your first question: they changed the way that Elemental Overload is calculated/presented. Because of the way they changed EO from an overall buff to your character (40% to Elemental Damage) to a buff for the corresponding skill, they also removed the Elemental Overload buff icon from the top bar and put a small identifier on the skill slot itself (the small diamond shaped icon).

Here's an example: https://imgur.com/a/tfe0eiX
I triggered this on my RF chieftain I leveled this league with this guide.

Hello 1st ty for guide, rly nice work

2nd do you think there is room for incorporating flame dash into this?
Hi, I want to thank you for this guide, I like it.

But I have some questions:
1) Are you sure, that “15% reduced Life Cost of Skills” Mastery will do anything for RF? RF formally do not have “cost”, it just burns all in perimeter, including us.
2) If it is just bad wording used in that Mastery, or it is bug/feature and this Mastery WILL help to sustain RF, will “Cannibalistic Rite” cluster work too? And will it also work for damage?

As far as I know, the reduced life cost doesn't affect RF as losing life is not a cost but it does affect our incinerate with lifetap
I like the build, it's very relaxing to play without playing piano but im trying to improve my damage against conquerors/scourge bosses, this is my gear which rolls i can improve? (sorry if the answer can be onvious im first time using a RF build)

For sure Freddy142, for sure. On RF-only builds, EO doesn't make sense. But it's a massive DPS boost for Incinerate with this build.

Ooooops! Sorry. I should read ahead more. I didn't mean to respond to something you already figured out.

I was looking for an icon and couldn't find one! Thanks for the picture! Now I know what it looks like.
