I don't believe you have solved anything with this.

Minion players can no longer gain damage via element conversion.
And aura's just need to be split in a party with folks stacking quality on alt quality aura gems.

You need to put more effort in to this.

Aurabots build auras for a carry while doing no damage themselves usually takes 10-20 ex to start

Aurastackers builds auras for themselves meaning they lose most dmg mods from gear and use auras instead usually takes 50-100 ex to start.
Large parties will simply split their auras, so the reservation won't be an issue, but solo stackers will have a hard time.

Btw what about existing aura effect medium clusters?
