Item level on the vendors is based on Character level? That's going to grant 'early access' to level 86 gear. Not saying it's a bad thing, but it's usually something I've had to work for to get to.

Rog is still offering the same modification after skipping, for example rerolling all suffixes.

Rog say's Modifiers/Suffix in orange will be removed but i see nothing in orange?
