Same issue here. 100mbps fibre line (located in Kigali, Rwanda) - before on Azure i was having a stable 90-100ms (vs 220 to Europe), now on psych I am getting 300+ ms and it's very unstable.

I hope it's a testing thing, I was very much looking forward to having a league start with proper latency :)

Whatever changed since last night worked amazingly, I am back to a stable ~30ms from the Cape Town area as expected. Thank you!

Seeing the same up and down on the psychz servers as everyone else.

Still very playable, but hopefully just a test and they stick to Azure servers for Scourge launch.
