Toxic Actiblizz scandal and lawsuit

I'm not surprised, I had to deal with an EX who resorted to harassing me in-game cause I moved far away IRL. and it got borderline illegal with death/rape threats to a point blizzard could have had a lawsuit off it, I ended up starting all over on a new account to him magically finding me again and since the Gamemasters were too disgusting to care and the head GM after multiple reports said to deal with it I don't care if it's true.

needless to say, I gave up on WoW after that as this was during legion and I am not surprised by this with blizzard... they had employees removed years ago from Blizzcon for groping a cosplayer on backstage lol and that got swept under the rug.

People claiming this shit ain't true have no idea how likely more it is and how scummy game companies are lately and are a breeding ground for this crap. not surprised though.

Alex Afrasiabi on other hand...has been caught what 7 times now in the past for doing this crap or worse... people who do not know his past need a wake-up call. it's giving people like him the power that takes full advantage of women and abuses their power...

I'm sure he's not only one either Ghostcrawler claims to know nothing...like really you work next to this dude for 10 years almost and you are that blind. i think it's more of they knew they let it pass and now they have no excuses.
Most still seem to believe they are innocent, as flawlessly shown in my scientific data.

Don't tell me to quit when I don't like this patch, I already did. More time to spend on the forums

This by far is the best thing I have seen on reddit during this league.

It's the sort of thing so bullshit that even if the actual creators of Death Note said it was canon in some manga somewhere, I would tell them calmly no, fuck you, it's not canon, everything in this episode and afterwards doesn't exist lalalala. I am confident I would do so, because I have done so before with other IPs.

Nope. You are probably not a True Death Note fan.

Now THAT is a certain magical index.
https://linktr.ee/wjameschan -- everything I've ever done worth talking about, and even that is debatable.

Absolutely. Death note main manga series is first and foremost canon. Anime adaptation would be considered deviation.

I don't know if you mean me or not. I would say that "this shit" isn't known to be true yet, and it also isn't known to be false yet, although this suit consists of many different allegations so each would need to be considered individually.

Do I think it's very likely the ActiBlizz is guilty? Yes. Simply being accused means you're more likely guilty than not. 94% of criminal cases that go to trial result in conviction on at least one charge. But to me that doesn't mean that you skip the trial and go straight to presumption of guilt.
When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted.

That is an opt out. It is only fun to make prediction before the game start not after the game ends. You will get negative brownie points for not making a prediction.

Maybe it's different with a free to play. Maybe it was different just because GGG were the avowed antithesis to Blizzard for years. Not sure really.

the difference is that the people responsible for doing things like sharing these explicit photos at blizzard are awful people and what they did was 100,000,000x worse than what was done by the people at ggg who are really great people.

im 100% sure of that, and so are you.

Is...someone proposing skipping a trial?
