Fishing has to be real.. I'm on the hunt. I have all items needed (only 1 rhoa feather so far though).
I will share that day 1 of Breach league I had a fishing pole drop.. listed it for 10c and it sold in under 5min. 10c on day 1 of a league is like a truck load of currency - who would possibly be searching for a fishing pole that early on unless they knew something secret? This was less than 12hrs into league and I had the only fishing pole listed on poe trade.
I also once ran across Krillson before I knew what he was for and continued on like nothing happened (FML?).

Lol I vendored a Reefbane this league.
No offense, it's probably a fun inside joke that people have with the whole fishing thing, but after playing for a while I think it's honestly one of the most retarded memes in this community.

once upon a time when there were no streamers, one could play while being quite ignorant of other people's success. some did malstroem of chaos and had 6+ auras. just let them ...
nowadays the glorious crafting attempts like "5 in a row vaal regalia 6 link orgy!!!!", headhunter! headhunter!! and "shaper with only white items!!" stories from people with no duties in real life or just lucky ones pop into your face make you feel bad and unrewarded.

I still have only ever found 1 Albino Rhoa Feather, in almost two years of pretty solid gameplay. These can't be that rare, or they would cost more than they do on p-trade. I still have it, and will never sell it unless it is to a vendor when a real recipe comes out that is legit worth using it on.

This guy has the right idea. Keep it until you work out how to use it. Selling something you don't know how to use would be a terrible idea, because you'd have no idea of its true value.

I got bored because of the Breach League ended and I had nothing to do so I went on m first Albino Rhoa hunt.
Found one the second time I entered Mud Flats!
Ofc, the next 2 million tries were a bust but still, damn Daniel!

This guy has the right idea. Keep it until you work out how to use it. Selling something you don't know how to use would be a terrible idea, because you'd have no idea of its true value.
you have to use your albino rhoa feather to tickle the noses of normal rhoa. this will make them sneeze all their feathers off so you can collect them.
then you bleach the normal feathers making them white in appearance. at this point you can sell the cheap knock offs to the PoE community who want to use them for luring in Sea Devourers.
