Resolute Techniques removing critical strikes is very bad.

Is starkonja with the enchant a good option for low budget? or is a really good helmet stat wise without the enchant better?

Hello guys, just want to update everyone on 3.15. This build is still runnable, can probably obtain 40m+ ish dps with completely min maxed gear. I am at 28.2m dps atm and I do not have all 21-23 gems as they are hard to find. I also need a better helmet and body. Keep in mind the gear is EXPENSIVE. Tbh getting 10-15m dps is fairly affordable 10-15ex, reaching the high end of things is mirrors. The crafted gear in this guide is insanely expensive. In order to reach that 40m+ dps I estimate about 3-4 mirrors is needed. I am about 1 mirror in and heres my POB https://pastebin.com/pQs4XRKA
If you see any upgrades that are possible for under 50ex lmk.

So if Im running LionEye, should I still include the Pierce support? Or is there a better option? Because the gem still adds damage, but I doubt pierce stacks like that.

Hey, I'm trying this build and I think I'm doing something wrong because my single target damage sucks and I don't know how to get steels as you on your gif with Sirus.
