Wow your gear in that POB looks incredibly strong! I am not sure where your problem is, because after going through config and enabling the right things, you seem to have a combined DPS of about 14 million in the best case scenario with all buffs and charges up.

Heya! You gear seem pretty good. The only problem I see is that your crit chance is below 40%, so your Saviour procs are probably a bit inconsistent and this build depends a bit on the crit damage. Full buff your character is currently like this: https://pastebin.com/xwgnggsb
If you nanage to increase your crit by either getting a Offering to the serpent with + attack crit chance or % crit chance on gear, your character should feel a lot better.
In my character I'm planning on setting the Maim support on my totems and get a increased critical strikes support in LS for the extra base crit. Unfortunately I've not been having much time to play these last days so I'm still quite behind.

2 Quality of Life/Clear Speed options to consider for budget builds (I'm not sure how good these would be on the high budget versions):

Bladestorm-Fortify-Culling Strike-Rage Support - This Feels much better than using whirling blades and I can easily get up to 50 Ragge (+50% attack damage, +25% attack speed) for any fights that last longer than 20 seconds. (You could also use Maim Support instead Culling Strike or Fortify if you don't have other methods of applying Maim)

Haemophilia gloves (5% of life Bleed Explosions) - because Explody chest has been nerfed into the ground. And with Bladestorm (even in sand/stone stance) its easy to get all the enemies to bleed.

Hi, I'm somewhat new to the game and playing this in a private group league with 6 players so gear is scarce. nobody is on sirus and other high level bosses yet.

Any advice on how to advance in gear? The high end uniques are pretty much out of the picture for now.

I tried farming some lioneye's vision div cards in the maps with 100%+ quant and alva missions, scarab, bloodline infusion and some other things but no luck. :-(

Could someone help me out, build feels very squishy. Cant even do T14 crusader no mods as i get one shot.

(I know my cluster is of the wrong base but i snagged it for a deal)

I think that without going full life gain on hit, this build is extremely squishy and relies heavily on player movement to dodge. Even full life gain on hit won't protect you from oneshots.

I think that you can try throwing on vaal grace to let you stand still and burst down the conqueror. If you have more DPS than needed, you can even try taking quartz infusion and avatar of the veil. You can swap pride out for flesh and stone to blind enemies.

Ultimately, I think there's a good reason why this build is "Not HC viable". Personally, I am also not a fan of having to press call of steel all the time but I'm still sticking with it for now.

If you really want to reroll and have many exalts to spare, you can go for ele hit or flicker strike. It might be worth it to keep an eye out for some kind of ele conversion spectral helix build as well.

I`m greatly struggling with DPS , regular mob clear is fine but boss damage and especially high conquerors are extremely tough.

i am missing some crit passives, are they better than cluster for DPS? if i don't burst down the target during vaal grace standing in place is not an option, instant oneshot. But for conquerors it barely deals 1/4 or 1/3 of their HP. Is there something i am grealy missing? using call of steel every 3-4 attacks, or my only option is to slowly grind for Saviour and pray?

Just got to A5 Sirus and the build feels like its zdps, dont even think getting a 6 link lioneyes will help much. Gonna have to sell the gear while its worth something and look for another build it seems like. Damn shame as the build looked fun
