Basically, lower the level of your Vitality until you have enough free mana. I listed all the good stat options in the OP, you can check it out to see what to look for. Gear exactly like mine will be very hard to get with Harvest being basically dead, unless you make it yourself.

Its Vaal Arc worth it? Or just go for Arc 21 lvl 20% quality?

I believe the Vaal part needs to be explained in the OP.

Considering there is no Vaal Arc level 21, would a level 21 arc be better ?

I mean vaal arc provides you the vaal part that you can use sometimes in maps fully loaded parts.

But it's hard to get 21 vaal arc. So Arc 21 might go better. It chains 8 times also :D.


The quality doesn't matter cuz all your damage can shock from Shaper of Storms so +10% chances to shock is useless.


Also , I don't know why the frost shield is needed with all this chill freezes stacked. Are there any alternative skills that provide let's say a small buff ? Like frost armor or something ?

As for Frost Shield, reread what it does. It's a massive defensive and offensive boost, the chill is almost meaningless.

First of all, thank you for this build. It has an interessting concept and is very fun to play.

But there are still some questions left.

Can anyone tell me which phrases count towards "increased effect of non-damaging ailments"?
For example does the overshock phrase "30% increased Effect of Lightning Ailments" count?

And is there a simple way to see the summary of those effects in pob or do i have to calculate it myself?

Crusader helmet with "nearby enemies take increased lightning damage" mod
None of the unique options are good imo

I need tips for increasing my damage, current gear shows 250k average hit and I kinda want at least double that to be on par with guide maker :/
