Really because the exact same thing was written for classic wow yet classic is literally the sole reason why wow subs is at an all time high.

It is not a 2013 game, whatever that is supposed to mean.
The engine isn't the same anymore (as opposed to D2R, which will run on a 1999 engine with a new graphics engine on top of it), the game is not the same anymore - the only thing that stayed from 2013 are some assets, the story up to Act III and the general level design.
PoE 2013 did not have multi-threading, nor was it 64bit, not had it DX11.

I really enjoy a lot of the music in WoW (only thing I like about WoW) but even POE music blows that out of the water.

The artwork on the items/inventory for LE seem really really smooth and detailed but that's pretty much the only thing I remember about what I've seen regarding LE.

Last Epoch may not have the contents of PoE, but that will come in time.

However, one thing about Last Epoch & prett much most other arpg is that, there are FAR less thing that frastate players like PoE.

I said it, & it seems to be true, that ,many PoE players are just waiting for another good ARPG with sufficent depth & permanently moved over, or at least as an alternative.

Labs, trading TFT, One-shot, Exp lost on death, grind. Awful boss fights with bullet storm, one shot hits, & memory games etc.


When I play Last epoch, I never had a moment where I just feel so frastacted, in POE, that experience happened often. I have in fact rage quit & uninstall the game many times.

Also last epoach dosn't required ypu to have 5 thoid party app, 20 website tab open, use macro & discord to play.

two different games for a reason.. poe needs a competitor dev's are growing far too confident with constantly trashing down the players and on top of it getting ludicrous amounts of money from the expensive microtransactions.

I'm not implying that PoE doesn't need competition, in fact I've been stating that on reddit and being called a hater long before everyone picked up on it and started realizing that the game does indeed need competition because even unacceptable decisions become tolerable when customers/players don't have an alternative.

The problem with this post is that it's not even a discussion nor a solid comparison between the two games. i.e:

PoE has this and that, LE has these pros and cons, I think that PoE does x better but LE does y much better and would like to see that in PoE.

Instead this is just PoE bad LE better in xyz aspects even though it's still in an early state where it doesn't even have multiplayer, end of story. It's like comparing 2010 alpha PoE to D3 and calling D3 the inferior game.
