Network problems - Troubleshooting

I am a network security support engineer in between contracts for a few days.
I have been atempting to play for 2 days now with constant and consistent disconnects.
Please contact me via email with a support number I can call if you would like to get a support WebEx setup if you would like access to a system that has this issue.

hello, have a problem when i login in game i apear in town and latency pops to 800-2000, i checked my net connection and its ok (60Mb DSL) any help ?

Hi i send u this info with the hope u can help me finding the problem that is making me want to leave the game. im really enjoying it so i dont want to quit.

the problem is lag, dsyncs, and other wierd connection issues

Well, of course it could be on my end, but then how would you explain that everything else runs flawlessly at 40 ping?

hm cant login anymore since last hotfix. out of 10 trys i can login but get kicked after a few minutes.

i have the same issue! i can play for arround 2-3 minutes then i get kicked out and cant login back...

what's going on there, it blows me away every time after about 2min from the game why halllllllllllooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

I dl the game and wanna play it, because it seems quiet good.
First of all i thought my connection had some issue atm, but now i read that some other got the same problem. Hope u fix it that i can show and play this game.
I'm very sad about that. =(
