Harvest not spawning

Between my first character who I played to 88, and second character who's now 93, I have seen harvest twice. This was on the first day back to back immediately when I hit maps, and not a single time since. I have 23 watchstones and 116 atlas completion, so I don't think it's just bad RNG at this point. I had the passive points in Haewark Hamlet and Lex Proxima for Harvest aswell.

From what I've tested (on accident) is that the area that has harvest passives seems to be unable to spawn harvests (possibly), ran around 30-40 maps in haewark with all the harvest passives + first essence passive. Not a single harvest, went to New Vastir and got harvest immediately. I know it's based on chance, but I strongly feel this is bugged.

This is correct. I've specced into all the atlas harvest points in Haewark Hamlet and Lex proxima, and afterwards did not get a single harvest except for shaper guardian maps.

Just want to say I have experienced this as well in Haewark Hamlet. Have all 6 nodes for harvest specced and over 30 maps run in that region at T14-T16 without seeing a single harvest.

Been running a lot more ~20-30 maps aaand harvest count still 0. Been seeing harvests in other areas though, just not in the area I have harvest passives.

I had three Harvest maps in my early few maps near league start. Ever since I allocated the Harvest nodes in Lex Proxmia I have not seen one since in any of my maps. I have not taken them in Haewark Hamlet yet.

I ran around 60 maps today with all the Harvest Nodes allocated and only saw a single Harvest spawn which was Heart of the Grove. If the chance is something like .01% and this is intended behavior, I feel like it's just a waste of time.

I only encountered harvest once, in one of my first few maps, since then i havent seen a single harvest encounter. I also have the quest The Sacred Grove asking me to enter the grove. I feel like there is something going on.

GGG please fix this... I feel like we're being screwed by the harvest mechanic not functioning for us. I've done a pile of maps now and only seen my first harvest, and I have a quest to visit the grove, but it NEVER spawns and I full clear all my maps. I even joined another persons harvest instance and the NPC isn't there, and the quest didn't update.

i ran about 50 lex proxima maps - harvest spawned zero times here (and yes, I also skilled every atlas passive in harvest)
