Hey folks,

Just looking for a bit of guidance as to what would be the best thing for me to focus on. I've just switched over to CI, so my skill tree is a bit wacky as I'm not completely finished converting over (gotta grab some more regrets), but I seem to be actually surviving maps okay, just started doing t6.

Looking in PoB, my damage is quite low, however, I don't really mind the slow kills as long as I'm able to survive everything.

The main thing holding me back atm is my budget, as I only have 85c and most of the remaining items seem quite expensive outside of perhaps astramentis.

Can anyone give me advice on what things might be the best bang for the buck from where my gear is now and where I should prioritize allocating my passives? Do you think I might be able to finally unallocate glancing blows maybe as well? I think I'll be right around 60% block chance without it.

For what it's worth, I have about 5 unallocated points and a few more left to be switched over from before CI, and time of need is my next priority.

look for for

Damage with:

1) Skin of the lords with any keystone which don't threat mechanics of the build 30 chaos
2) better amulet +1 gemlevels
3) HoA lvl 21 5 chaos


Defences with:

1) better belt high resistances, armour, es
2) better gloves with high es
3) better amulet, +1 gemlevel, dex
4) amulet anoint
5) Skin of the lords ghost dance 1-3 exalts, iron reflexes 5-40 exalts

and of course flasks....

Take a look into the spoilers "checklist damage" and "checklist defences" at the bottom of the build too if anything important is missing.

I see the PoB skill setup prefers Vile Toxins to support HoA, instead of Pierce.

Is there a calculation that shows it's better? Or are we getting pierce from something else?

pierce for general mapping vile toxins for bossing/single target, same in the dagger melee splash for general mapping multistrike for bossing/single target.

your level is too low, you barely have skill point to invest into anything, you need one of this

Yeah I know my level still low but compare to item and node in pob I dont find anything to increased armour anymore , only block chance and damage , that why I dont know what should I need to do when level up to increased my armour =(

Maybe I'm misunderstanding you, but pathing above is still better by 1 point when you take Wicked Ward. There are 2 travel nodes east of Arcane Will/Arcane Focus wheel, but only 1 travel node south of Utmost Intellect wheel.

I'm not sure what you're saying about minion damage either because Lord of the Dead is the same distance on both (since if you come from above you path through the jewel socket to get Mystic Bulwark).

The only wheels you can reach from the bottom which you can't reach from the top are ones this build would never want (Crackling Speed, Enigmatic Defence, Mental Rapidity, Shaman's Dominion, Carrion). I'm pretty sure its just always 1 point less to path from above?

Hi Tsa_Ryan,

start with:

- As CI change all your life-flasks and life-passives. Take a Rumi's, basalt and jade-flask
- You need in your level a 5- or 6 link (see page 50 examples for starting gear - 5 link vile-toxin gloves 1 chaos, 6 link rares 10 chaos)
- activate an aura like determination or grace, discipline you need at last
