Curiously, not a single mention about it on the teaser for the next patch. Hopefuly, they`ll adress this issue ASAP.

Yes hopefully they can address it. Sounds like a reoccurring issue.

If they cant fix it with the patch just remove the on hit effect and give us the buff to our arcane surge. Unfortunately there isn’t much else to pick up for arch mage elsewhere on the ascendancy :(

It was never fixed last league, it's been an issue for around 1½ year.

Playing an Archmage MoM Agnostic Hierophant and was just about to take Arcane Capacitor, but just to be sure I decided to look up if they stacked and boy am I glad I did.

Sure would be nice with just a recognition of the issue. All I've seen so far is a single Reddit comment with a GGG response stating that "They know about it".

GGG, you could fix it before, you can fix it again!

Arcane Surge's buff is not applying correctly
We have a fix for this internally and will deploy it as soon as we can.
