Texture loading on every zone + constant stuttering.

Sometimes it feels like Developers are not even aware that they have to focus fully on that aggressive texture unloading to fix the fps issues. This is the main reason we all can't really play.

Even on lowspec the main problem is not GPU or RAM, but the constant CPU abuse due to loading/unloading cycles, which are just completely not needed.

I don't even understand why anyone would think that "unloading main spell textures" is a good thing at all. And I'm completely losing my mind about the fact that this happens nearly every time(90%+ of usages) I use those, despite having lots of free GPUmem and RAM to give.
now, map loading is very slow and toooooooooo noisy!

when i enter new map, my graphic board rtx3070 fan is full swing!

very noisy! i hate this.

please return before specification.

It has better screen which became dim and load fast.
nothing changed. only load times tripled.

still invis mobs, still texture errors everywhere. still countless fps drops

why did u implement a "feature" that ruins the game experience for many players?

worst state of poe since is started playing in 2013

My problem now is that texture streaming just keep getting slower the longer you play. Until a point where every first "texture" is just invisible for a few sec. It get back to normal and fast if I restart the game.

Made the mistake to do Sirus fight before a restart and it just ended up with me running into an invisible storm that became visible 3 sec after entering the zone.

The first small patch where GGG stated they prioritized "FPS Stability" worked fine for me despite textures sometimes not being loaded (I'd rather play with stable FPS and some textures not loaded than with my FPS varying from 5 to 60 every second), but since newer hotfixes it's been unplayable...

Exactly the same here.

First patch was playable, even though textures were still buggy, but now I just cannot play at all. It's freeze, die, rage quit...

WTF did you do to your game GGG ? Been playing for a long time and while there are always been some periods were servers were a bit laggy, this is totally different. UN-PLAYABLE.

Last patch broke the game for me, been playing the game since day 1 of open beta and ive never seen it worse, im at 60 fps constantly but it looks like a slideshow and then it goes really fast, then slideshow again, reminds me of the old predictive mode, i dont get it how in the fuckin hell a game with nearly 10 years instead of getting better only gets worse, this company will not see any more money from me anytime soon, this is unnaceptable they should test stuff internally, not releasing it like this along with a new league, they are showing no respect for their players, and they should be ashamed of their posts claiming the league is a sucess with new records and all that shit when its a fuckin disaster, im changing my review on steam into negative and you guys should do the same until they start caring.

I hear you man... this is a disgrace

I don't code nor develop games, but to me the problem seems to be the assets are constantly being loaded- if a specific shader or wire frame is needed, Poe seems like it goes to get it off my hard drive, then caches and waits for an acknowledgment that it did cache, then it finally draws.

So, what I mean is, if an assets is needed the game caches it, but for no reason, that is to say it immediately de-caches it or doesn't even check the cache, it just requests that asset off the hard drive again, and goes thru the cycle of caching and acknowledgement

The game uses FMod Studio, which is used in hundreds of games, and has tons and tons of support from the coding community. But even the sounds on low channel useage are getting cut off and buffered, which means the game itself isn't properly working w FMod Studio, which would make it the only game in existence that has issues w it.

The other issue is obviously Cloudflare and their subsidiary Global Crossing, which is a blackholing service that Cloudflare uses to subvert the ICANN mandate and not assigning value to packets

If you check your MTR, you'll see a gblx, that's Global Crossing, and they "blackhole" or discard traffic before Cloudflares CDN deals w it.

The problem in Heist and now in Ritual league are caused by Cloudflare and GGG trying to stream what your local client draws. Texture streaming? WTF are the textures not cached on my machine until I send a request for a different set of art assets (ie, another map)? WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON HERE?

I don't know how exactly it works, I'm assuming the CDN isn't caching the asset then streaming each time to your local client, instead of the local client making all assumptions about how to run the game, but obviously something is fubar.

The local client should be receiving a one-time push of info it needs to create the mini-map and position the mobiles, and then assign them their Awake status.

But it appears that something is going on where Cloudflare or GGG's anti-cheat mechanism, etc is handling all of that for the local client.

This whole issue is prolly therefor exacerbated for wifi users who do have to wait for caching more than connected clients do.

Obviously something is very very wrong (duh), I can play every other game I've ever loaded flawlessly, FLAWLESSLY- no hiccups stutters or catastrophic failure. But Poe takes 100x as long to load and begin playing as any other game and I can lose all 6 portal in 15 maps straight to crashes DC or just plain abnormal termination.

The fact that GGG refusess to come in and say something about this is bad form. I paid good money to an indie company so they could develop a better game, and this is the worst running game I've seen since 3.5 inch floppy DOS games. 40v40 Alterac Valleys run smoothly, but I can't even load into Oriath Docks unless I clear out /My Games/Path of Exile and de-select Engine Multithreading

still having issues ggg, textures not loading (environment and enemies)
the longer loading times between instances wouldnt be a problem but it seems to be struggling on loading, its crashed a bunch of times or "stopped responding" then finally loaded (im not personally crashing during gameplay just on load screens)
i even tried a clean install of windows to see if that fixed my problem days after league started

AMD Ryzen 7 2700
AMD gigabyte 5700 xt gpu
16gb ram
sandisk ultra II ssd (before reinstall i had the game installed on my m.2 nvme drive, didnt help)
21.2.1 radeon graphics drivers
windows 10 pro version 20H2

ZZzzZZ.. Guess the problem is widespread enough and/or got enough whine threads on reddit for people at GGG to actually acknowledge that they fucked up big time in 3.13.

With the new texture streaming 'feature' im having longer loading screens and the FPS constantly pinballs from 90-5. Already gave support my DxDiag but it's been weeks now and nothing happens.
