Texture loading on every zone + constant stuttering.

I deleted this entire folder AND re-installed Path of Exile from scratch including deleting all the garbage you guys leave behind on peoples computers when they uninstall your game... My FPS problems only got worse after doing all of this.

Yeah, same here. I tried a clean install, and it made the issue obviously worse.

This recent patch didn't fix anything for me--literally the same experiences... I would absolutely love for a GGG Tech's input, so I can know when we are able to play the game again... The absence of their presence is disheartening, especially with all of the reports, forums posts, reddit posts, etc. Damnit...

Todays patch also appears to have done absolutely nothing for my performance.

There is literally zero reason I should be experiencing this kind of FPS lag running on a 2080 TI and 9900k... I updated my Video drivers yesterday and the problem only got worse so I had to revert back.

I have the same as you, but for 2 months.
I think this bug was caused by some patch from the previous league.

Same here. FPS drops from 100 to 2 when there is a lot of action.
Please GGG fix the problem. Latest patch 3.13.1 did not fix it.

The patch did not fix any issues with long texture loading times and what makes playing especially bad is the constant texture dropping, like my main skill needs to reload it's texture every few seconds.

FPS drops are slightly better around rituals, but it's still really unpleasant to play.

Tried everything under the sun to get the frame drops dealt with.

Reinstalled.
Vulkan / Dx11.
All Settings Changed to every value possible.
Actions sounds changed to false in Config.
Waiting at the start of each map.
Deleted the Pathofexile/Data folders suggested.

All of these things sort of fix the problem but playing for 20-30 minutes and it reverts back to shit tier from sorta playable.

My frames drop to 4-5 for the first 20ish seconds of a map until I walk close to mobs and they load in.

Shits wild. Please give us a toggle for this streaming textures thing.
