I actually answered this same question about what to upgrade in page #6, if you take a quick look. For watcher's stats, just import your toon into PoB and add a watcher's and try all pride/precision mods to see which is the biggest boost for you. Glad to hear you're enjoying it. And that is correct, we cannot be frozen as a Jugg: "Action speed cannot be modified below base value" = Freeze Immune ;) One of the reasons I love my Jugg!
