Have a nice evening! well that's up to you but I can't count the numbers of times I have seen post like yours, only to find out that the problem is a local one (ISP or in the home of the user). I am not saying that GGG doesn't have server problems, I am just saying that many times it's a local problem. Also this part of the forum is community driven so if you want GGG tech support you will need to e-mail them at techsupport@grindinggear.com (witch you have not been told by the PM from GGG I guess).
