Character freeze and game crash after entering a new instance

I've had this thing happend to me every day I play, since I re-installed the game for this league. About every 40-50 instances I enter this happens to me and I'd like to find a way to fix it.

Basically my character stops responding to commands, while the game is still running (if it happens when entering a town/rogue harbor every other player keeps moving around me like nothing wrong is going on) and after about 10 seconds of this the game just kicks me out to the login screen. It has been happening every single day and I've already lost a labyrinth run because of it.

Having this happen during the campaign is not that big of a problem, but this would infuriate me if it keeps happening in maps, higher level lab runs and heists (I'm staying away from the heist mechaninc untill this problem is sorted out).

The same thing managed to screw me out of an azurite mine run and another time while doing the lunaris quest in act 8 since I made the OP...

Does anyone read this forum section at all???

I'm just getting kicked to desktop every now and then after changing instance. It's really annoying when that happens in labyrinth

Its refreshing to see how much GGG care about technical problems over here...

@HanSoloDK, thank you for your efforts man, but I'd rather not loose my time downloading a program just to find out which one of GGG's servers kicks me outof the game.

My problem is not listed in the known problems section and I've been playing online games this whole year with no problem. I've also played PoE a LOT over the years and this has never happened before (not as persistent and common as this league's problem).

Also, I can't possibly be the only one experiencing this stuff. Their refusal to achnowledge that it's a problem and it needs some work on their part is concerning. Knowing that they've heard my problem and will eventually fix it (in whatever timeframe) is all I need to hear. Just being left to rot in the technical support forum is not a good look...
