Here's what fixed the "no Smuggler's Cache" issue for me: I had two quest contracts from Whakano and Kurai in my inventory since I tried to force the challenge ones... After trying various tips on how to fix this, I finally just ran those and restarted the client - Smuggler's Caches have since appeared again regularly, the latest just two maps apart. Blueprints however... still no luck. Exit, pursued by a Plummeting Ursa. WHAT ? " level 1 Bex_GGG 192 points · 1 month ago Smuggler's Caches have a 10% spawn rate in maps (it's higher prior to maps). We ran 13,700 maps and found the spawn rate to be correctly at 10%. In this test, the luckiest streak was 21 caches in 100 maps and the unluckiest streak was no caches in 100 maps. I understand this is probably not comforting to hear, but it sounds like you are experiencing an unlucky streak. 0.9^40 = 1% so setting the threshold of lower than 0.5% as bug, it still not yet consider as bug.
