problem with updater

I'm trying to get the URL. I pressed f12 to open net work tab, posted the file url (http://patchcdn.pathofexile.com/3.11.1.6.2/Art/Models/Effects/monster_effects/act9/Garukhan/sandstorm/rig.ast) into the address bar and pressed enter. it then showed rig.ast in the network tab but in the headers tab there was no "Response Headers" what do I do?

After several attempts I managed to get it downloaded and I can play it now.

" The response headers might take up to 30 seconds or so to show up, since the request is timing out. If they're just not showing up after waiting you may need to turn on recording, depending on your browser (in Chrome there's a little red circle towards the top left, pretty sure ctrl+e enables it). Alternatively it might be easier to use curl. | |

After about a hundred restarts im stuck on 600kb. So all this useless info in this thread really doesnt help me. It wont let me copy the info out of the developer section, not gonna download some tool that I really dont need to share info that is irrelevant.
So who has a real problem solver? Or is this not our problem? |
