If any of you are still having problems downloading the patch, can you please provide the HTTP headers for the file that is failing? Our CDN provider believe they have fixed the problem, so the headers will be helpful for identifying any remaining issues.

You can either use command line curl (obtainable here) with the -I option e.g.:
curl.exe -I http://patchcdn.pathofexile.com/3.11.1.6.2/Data/Portuguese/WorldAreas.dat

replacing the URL with the one from your error message (you can ctrl+c and ctrl+v with the error box selected to copy out the error text).

Alternatively you can use your favourite browser to get the headers. In Chrome and Firefox this can be done by opening a new tab, pressing F12 to open the developer tools, selecting the "Network" tab in the developer tools, pasting the URL of the file that failed into the browser address bar and hitting enter. The file should then show up under the network tab and if you click it you should be able to navigate to Headers and copy out the Response Headers.
