I can have RF up 100% doing 20 waves, Delirium Maps.
Unless we go LL/crit, Hard to get more DPS for life build

i get a total (with DD spell/corpse and VD spell/corpse) of nearly 200k sirus dps, though i am missing a few supportive options like steelskin/acrane surge/...

How are you guys on Survivability?

I'm getting one-shoted left and right now.
Maybe because I just stated re-leveling the 20% quality gems.

A few tips:
-6link inpulsa
-User Vodkasheep gave a ton of crafting infos for various items (browse his recent posts) like: Amu/Wand/Shield/Helmet which are totally self-craftable
-belt/boots "need" Cooldown Recovery Speed for more actions per second
-gloves can have a great suffix: of Puhuarte -> cold+(46–48)% to Cold Resistance
(30–50)% increased Damage with Hits against Chilled Enemies [Corpse Pact causes "chilled" alignment] -> link to search
-rings have a few good crafting options -> u can look at my profile

against getting one-shotted:
i made it deep into red maps without too much hassle with a Shield with recover life on block, tempest shield, bone offering, a decent health pool and maxed res. further improvement would be Glorious Vanity Jewel, which corrupts one keystone to Divine Flesh. a bit pricy and needs u to have chaos res maxed.
For Enduring Cry, "Call to Arms" keystone is great. Also there are many life nodes.

hopefully this helps as starter, also there are many good infos in the following thread: [3.11] Spellslinger VD Necromancer. All content. Easy and fast Sirus A8 kill. Wave 20 Simulacrum.

for crafting, PoEDB.tw is ur best friend, there u find all the tags which are relevant for harvest crafting.

imo, vd is a difficult build with many hidden mechanics which are all important, so you will have to read through these threads to really understand whats going on. Additionally, i'd ignore herald of ash at first, its relevant for end end game gear (and the absolute end content), it's possible to slay a8 sirus/elder/shaper easily without HoA.
