[3.21] Aegis Incinerate Elementalist - Tank with over 10mil Shaper DPS!

ok, I moved into my pure end game set up.

Max Resists are at 83/86/80/70

Removed life flask entirely from build and added in Temporal Shift

Flasks are a combo offensive and defensive set up.


gives me Endurance charges

gives me 8% penetration and 6% reduced damage on all 3 elements

gives cast speed for DPS and armor for defense

gives tons of DPS

gives tons of armor

I have so much regen and leech, even with RF turned on, that bleed and poison are meaningless. I am corrupted blood immune.


I am running really juicy maps (60% delirious, 4 scarabs, Fortune Favors the Brave and Alva mission). I have not died yet and Temporal Shift is as OP as I hoped it would be with this build.

I've found that 4-link armageddon brand is quite decent at clearing, at least in yellow maps. Would be nice if there's a way to scale it into red map and beyond. It might not kill the whole pack but it sure does help killing off some stragglers.

hello!

* The POB does not show your pantheon choices. Please make sure you have Tukohama and Arakali fully leveled up especially if you want to use Righteous Fire

* Your Boots are not anointed with Soul of Steel. That will get you +1 to Max Fire res

* You do not yet have your Circle of Anguish ring. This gives lots of damage and can get you another +1 to Max Fire res. If you get your Fire res to 83, you should be able to support RF

* The best medium cluster jewel is Unwavering Focus and Rapid Infusion. This will give you the most DPS and make you 100% stun immune while casting Incinerate

* Don't forget to add quality to your Increased Duration skill gem. That will help Molten Shell, and Vaal Haste

* I don't see any curse in your set up. You either need a curse that works with Reckoning or a curse on hit ring like this one:

* If you want more DPS, change Atziri's Promise for a Silver Flask to get Onslaught

* You have taken the life mastery "10% Increased maximum Life/10% Reduced Life Regeneration" You will have to remove this if you want to run Righteous Fire since this node lowers your life and ES regen.

You can use any shield that has at least 30% block, so that you can get leech out of the Cerberus scepter. If you can find any armor on shield you will also help the scepter. Just search on 30% block and then pick the other stats you need. You will find plenty of choices that are affordable until you can get an Aegis shield.

Andy have you ever tried going low life without Coward's? With capped chaos res it's surprisingly effective. Opens up the belt slot and more importantly opens up more watcher's eye affixes since Vulnerability is no longer mandatory.

Yes, I think it was in 3.15 that I did this as the belt sky rocketed in price to like 15ex and I was not able to afford it so @claeysken suggested I try real low life.

It worked fairly well but the nerfs in 3.15 were too much to over come.

I am glad this technique is working well for you!!

I put arma brand in crest of desire and it clears pretty well even in t16 with ele resist and reduced crit damage taken (well.. better than licking monsters to death every pack) but my defense went down the toilet as expected. All in all, I'd say it's a fair trade, maybe a helmet with conc effect could be a better choice.

Andy I can see most of your stuff is 30% quality.
A quick google tells me I have to fossil or Hillock it to try to get there, but I think I remember you wrote something about using the menagerie once to get there, or am I mistaken?
