Greater Spell Echo bonuses not working on Ice Nova if cast on Frostbolt

It's my second buid and I was wondering why it was so hard to deal with the encounter, pretty please GGG, if you can have a look at it.
A French who did his best not to make your eyes bleed ^^

For me increases to area of effect do not seem to be properly calculated either. I currently see no difference in area when using the 24% increased Ice Nova Area of Effect or when not using it.
Anybody else having similar issues? |

pledge of hands + mage skeletons seams to not properly scale the greater spell echo dmg either.

I noticed something was off and yea, seeing results similar to yours. I'd hope this gets fixed.

This was my league starter and I was really geared out, but swapped to a Spellslinger build because it felt lacking.
Looks like I know why now... |

How long we need to wait for any response GGG? Not to mention about fixing this.
