Overheating my video card?

Same problem on my GeForce GTS 250. I faced with this problem only while playing PoE. Vsync is ON.

I have a gtx 670 and it gets really hot playing this game even with Vsync on...I know is not my video card because this is the only game it happen to..

Check your FPS in game. If it is very high, that could cause it. Try limiting your framerate to the refresh rate (60Hz, 120Hz, ect..) of your monitor.

There are no concrete answers that they intend to do something about it. I heard that someone fired just POE and his computer is cooked sad at the same time I'm glad that my card only "burnt" but it is efficient. |

Same problem here ...
Although im running a much weaker G-card than most ppl here ATI Radeon HD 2600 after 5-10min it gets up to 85+C (sometimes even causes my laptop to shut down) i was thinking that its just cuz its a low end card that its stressing itself too much but alot of ppl with much better cards are reporting problems |
