Btw, does anyone know why GGG does not want to kill the automated merchant bots?

they are useful to the players. it would be sad for you to look for a chromatic and to have nowhere to buy it from. it also stabilizes the market.

They manipulate the market. Pushing prices up on purpose and their automated buyin's prevent normal people from getting the item they need because they aren't fast enough to beat the automated merchant that is looking for this item as well to re-sell it.

i am sorry but your reasoning around the price makes no sense in the argument. it can cost 1 ch and it would not make any difference. hh works with most of the builds and its scaling is insane. that item is broken as fuck but still they keep it in the game. you know what they should do? lets have a limit of 200 exalts, and after you get that currency you are able to finish the end game material. until then you are limited to level 90 and tier 7 maps because this is what you can do with average builds.

i bet you are a filthy console casual

16 cores with 32 threads with 144 hz monitor at 27 inch here. cool console from amd. but your insults do not help the argument.

Worth the upcoming vitriol in my opinion. Must have been a hard choice but ultimately it will be healthy for the league. We have seen the most diversity in builds and ascendancies almost ever in this league.

Healthy for the league in what sense?

My entire friend list has stopped playing for the league at least due to this, and a couple of my friends who are large contributors financially (into the 1000's of dollars) have decided to stop playing all together. I understand the frustration in them not making this build, anticipating a nerf, then, when they hear the announcement that it will not be fixed this league, they spend exuberant amounts of currency to get these builds working, only to have GGG go back on their own words and do what they said they would not.

Was pretty slick how you waited until after the skill effect sale too, i would imagine the aura's sold like hotcakes that weekend. Clever clever.
Bex I feel sorry for you for the screw up of the developers forgetting that a lot of items have aura tags when they shouldn't.
Also sad to see the team isn't going to fix the issue that a lot of things that aren't Auras are tagged as Auras...come on fix the backend rather than a patchwork front end thing. Auras that are actually auras should be transparent.
Or even say that the backend of non-auras being seen as auras will be fixed...come on.
The nerf is very reasonable and personally I think GGG should do it in mid league. But the only problem is they announce they wont nerf mid league thats why some player got mad. Its okay if they fix something that should not be aura like tailwind boots. But they must never back from their words and change the notable itself

We should have noticed them sooner and recognised the severity more quickly

Like if you are not the developer of the game..So you can admit that the whole game is a mess and that not even who makes the game can remember every little nuances?
GGG you are losing your credibility patch after patch

Lol, sure they will. Hollow kneejerk reactions like that shouldn't be taken seriously by devs.
allowing this to continue for so long changed my mind about buying anything from the mtx store. It was discovered day 4 of the league and it's not fixed yet.
It has already fucked over the market prices of everything. As a casual t7-9 newb, I was never ever going to get to experience this abuse personally. But just the fact that it was so out of reach and breaking the game in a way not possible without, it made me lose interest in even pursuing any build what so ever.

In the current state i would be much more happy if they just cut this league short and ended it this week and launched a new one. They dont even have to close down this league. But make a new delirium league 2.0 this weekend and i'm all happy again, the insane mechanic builds and their currency inflated market can stay in their delirium 1.0 league while those of us who don't approve of that can switch to the new delirium 2.0 league this weekend.

If they wish to remain funded, then yes they should take the opinions of their regular players, and large contributors into account, over the casuals that quit with 10 challenges complete after playing a month of the new league. Their larger concern should be their credibility amongst their player base, saying something very specific like that, causing people to spend currency on builds, and money on microtransactions, then going back on it after that money and currency was spent will certainly damage that more than allowing a build to run for a league would have I am sure. I suppose time will tell.

I realize its difficult for you to understand, as your build is kinda meh, so you likely wouldnt be able to run one of these builds if you really wanted to. Though once you get better at the game, and can experience some higher end builds, this might become more clear to you.

what exactly got down in the market? do you have any examples of items or currency that got down? please give some examples of items that the build destroyed. what are you on about? :))

Everything. When you can farm it with 0 risk from death penalties.

so basically you are presuming this. something that did not happen. you say first that the market got down (lie) then you come and presume that the market will go down (it is a stupid assumption) and only to get yourself out of the argument where you seemed to be happy if other people cannot play and have fun. dude, you need to get some direction in your life. you values are non existent.
