May I ask if CWDT/CWC/CoC (or any triggered skill) + 1 skill (that has cold damage and can chill) can do the shock with cold conduction? since it says "your hit".

And if a very-low-damage-hit can do chill and thus cause shock in this case, since wiki says "Chill's minimum effect is 5%; any chill of lesser effect than that is discarded", is it still got the chill then the chill discarded or no chill at all

Finally, is the mod effect of non-dam alignment or shock effect increases the effect of shock from "cold conduction" notable (in 3 cases, chilled by skill cast by player/ mine trap totem/ triggered skill)

Cold Conduction not working at all.
I use it with Ball lightning skill with permanent shock effect. All mobs are shocked but not chilled. Bug? i think so.
