Same exact problem. My Windows account name is in Russian. The problem started with 3.10 update. Things I've tried that didn't help: - Full reinstall - Run as administrator - Made sure that I have security access to minimap folder - Added the game folder and the documents/My games/Path of Exile folder to Windows defender trusted folders. Had to create a new account and the minimap issue is fixed. Hopefully GGG fixes it soon, though.
