So it looks like you definitely need a bow like you said.
These are expensive, however it will be an insane DPS increase.
I recommend annointing "Tranquility" onto your amulet, and buying an Empower level 3.
Getting some higher Energy Shield boots/gloves, however yours are both very good just have a little lowish Energy Shield.
Remove "Escape Artist" From your ascendancy and replace for "Swift Killer."
Make sure once you make this switch in talent points you trade out your Basalt Flask or the Sulphur Flask for a Jade Flask for a lot more Evade Chance.
You also need to cap your Cold and Chaos Resistance. You can use Blessing Orb's on your Sapphire Ring, and use some Prismatic Essence on the ring a few times to cap the Cold Resistance.

Let me know once you make these switches how it is!

I have upgraded my gear now and it is a big difference in power. Makes a lot of fun! I have also capped my resistances and chaos res as well. Was planning to switch the rings anyway and found some decent stuff.

I had switched to escape artist once before but felt like I was dying a lot more but I will probably try it again now with the new gear.

I will also look into the annointment and the new flask.

Is the +1 skills chain any different for the clear speed? I know you said it's not worth it but if you have the funds go for it.

Hello, I want to thanks in advance cuz this is a good and well explained post.
Although I have a question, this is my first built ever, never played poe before, so I still learning, does the links on the ED affect his efficacy? Im having issues to get the same combination of color for the bow, and after almost 300 attempts, finally I got, B-R-G-B-G-B, SO, i put on it Efficacy-Empower-controlled destruction-swift affliction-void manipulation-ED. does that work, or should I keep pushing to get the same as u said?

well once again I tried to do Sirus with an essence drain build it's just to hard for me

Sadly I can't predict where he is before to get his DIE in last phase

and even I put the dot on him it's really to long , yes I changed build once again to try something feeling like more tanky but nothing change at all for me feels bad but anyway will find a build to do it more safe and learn the mecanic of the fight slowly

It does not add any damage, but if you can get a lucky chain where it procs to the side and you only need to Essence Drain the monster, it does help very, very, slightly!

In short, yes the setup you want for ED is Efficacy - Empower - Controlled Destruction - Swift Affliction - Void Manipulation - Essence Drain

You are missing a lot of damage from not having Pain Attunement active and not having Zealotry.

So my character feels very weak defense wise.
I die very very easily in T2 maps lol.

Now, i know my level is rather low, but i'll get to leveling asap, what i wonder is when do i go lowlife ?

Also i am currently running Wicked Ward + Eldritch Battery.

Here is my gear, i have like 600c atm, what would be the next best upgrade ?
I was thinking of going for the expensive version of the helmet, straight up buying.

yes , that's because I 'm using Pain attunemen,t as a key stone for "Wind Dancer "

I 'm farming T16 map with this setup actualy , I guess I miss some game play mecanics that's why I go to something with more defencive option

Honestly if you are not CI you should be low life now, you have the gear for it.
However I noticed I do not think you are Chaos Resistance capped. I would honestly recommend spending your currency into Chaos Resistance gear, as well as higher energy shield gear.
I would remove Eldritch Battery and Mind over mattery and go into Pain Attunement.
You have to look at what the biggest upgrades in damage, the helmet is a lot of damage, however a bow is the BIGGEST, yet also most expensive upgrade for you.
I would first buy an Essence Drain level 21, ASAP.
Buy More Energy Shield gear, as well as stuff with Chaos Resistance on it, look into the tranquility Annointment on your amulet.
Work on saving a lot of money for the bow after this as this will be THE biggest upgrade, however other items come first before the bow.

Ahh. Okay. Yeah 5 Delirium Orb maps, the monsters die slow.. but they still die! I am trying to find the best possible option for these at the moment.
