Cluster Jewels and their Notables
I'm expecting many nerfs to meta skills, But I would prefer buffing weak skills and only tone down skills that are too strong instead of straight up nerf them. These clusters open up ways to play the game and hopefully we will see more viable starter builds.

I know. But I see an easy way to create budget char with 25% additional phys reduction and +5% all max ele resist with 2 outer jewel sockets, so ~50 points investment. Depending on how offensive cluster points will be, char gonna be stronger than before

interesting. like to see how Unencumbered will work support skills and so on i hop it won't be as limited as unarmed is nice to have skill that work well that are not syclon .
