For the passive skills tree expansions, it costs passive skills points ? And if yes, do we have more passive skills points than before ?

Nice have a stash in managerie. Good stuff guys. I hope the challengers of new league be friendly like metamorph league and hope the MT be beautiful and good too. Cuz for casual players like me its real difficulty make them, with work and family to take care. Thanks guys and please lower micro transaction prices, because not all players have a salary like you have in New Zealand.

" Yes, it costs passive points to take the new nodes, same as any other passive node. No, you won't be getting any more passive points. The point is to make choices about how to allocate the points you have. And with cluster jewels, to be flexible enough to adjust your build to make use of any really good jewels for it that you happen to come across. Note that GGG will be releasing the full list of all the new Notables prior to league launch, so alternately you can simply decide which ones you want for your build in advance and leave some points free when planning out your build with the intention of buying the jewels with those Notables from other players (if you're in trade league).
