Conquerors are not showing up anymore

Stuck with 19 stones since yesterday night. Those stupid spawn camping tornados of sirius killed me at the door and after that no conquerors.

This is omega Annoying fix please, I did like 100 maps.

Haewark Hamlet region occupied by Drox. Still no citadel after 5 hours of grinding ad doing maps on same region but no conqueror encounter! Please fix this asap as it gets really frustrating!
