Weird FPS issues

++unplayable, it seems hiring normal programmers is a difficult task...
In Fullscreen the microstuttering is gone but FPS Drops / Frame Time Spikes anyways
To anyone whit same problems. I found what could be a temporary fix.

Remove all MTX !!!!

Also dont open passive tree

if you need to restart after placing passive

I was able to run 2 complete Blood aqueducts at 45-50fps
Did some maps now get 80-120fps

worth a try

Side note I got 32gb ram and it only consumes 8gb so got lots ram to spare.

When you have low 10-20 FPS, can you switch into the task manager (alt key + tab) and look how much of the VRAM of your 1060 is taken up? 99%-100%?

If the whole video memory is taken up, you know what the problem is because it is most likely not just full, but also more is put into the slow system RAM.

And your 8GB system RAM must also be close to 75% full. Probably more.

If this is the case, and there is no other cause, try reducing the texture quality in-game and other quality settings, as well as in the NVIDIA drivers.
its feels like playing alpha 4.0.0 :D

at least they will fix problems with engime upgrade until 4.0.0 :D

I have these same Issues, I run a GIGABYTE GTX 1060 WindForce 2X OC, 3 gb Video card with Direct x 12, Amd 4600 with 8g onboard on a windows 10 machine. \

My system usually runs Multiple windows up and POB going at the same time, I only have problems with this game, I also have run D&D online, and Grim dawn and conan exiles.

It seems i might be hitting near 100 percent load sometimes in the game but i have everything turned to the bare minimum. Could it be my 8 GB onboard is just not cutting it?

Thank you .. that helps me .. How did you find it out ? Just tried it ^^
I notice that i got fps drop depending on what mtx loaded in town. so i tried removing my own.

I also notices that mtx on enemies also effect that fps

I checked the ram usage and found that wasnt really a problem.

Only 8 out of 32gb was ever used
I noticed that mtx textures have insane resolution. Why is that so needed, i remember warcraft 3 where when you zoom in graphic was horrible but from normal persepective everything looks fine, so much details are not needed.
Also when i am in oriath when guy spawn on teleport game just drop to 30 fps and get stutter before mtx is loaded, also some texturing problems when some objects loads textures after loading screen. I remember old times when game loading time are ages, but game run so good, no stutter, no crashes, super stable fps. We dont realy need super graphics, most people still play on lowest deatails to get better perfomance which is more important than graphics. GGG what are you doing with this great game?
