Barrage support: is the penalty too large ?

PoE wording is mostly accurate, but confusing because they use ton of different similar sounding mechanics.

I like it. Especially when you compare it to some of the competition. I like math traps !

I looked at the more attack time thing and just thought no way it can be calculated the way it says, it must mean less because it just seems too good for Power Siphon and Split Arrow as single target skills.

Oh well. Typical GGG to release brokenly good stuff.

I look forward to Split Arrow and Power Siphon having their additional projectiles reduced to 4 or 5 in the next patch.
