I doubt they were lying. They're just replying with the information provided to them at the given time. Can't say anything to the customer that has not been confirmed/verified yet. They told me there was no problem, nothing they can, or would do, and that was that. LOTS of people got the same email. That is no doubt a legit lie. Anything other than "We're looking into it" is a lie. They confirmed firmly there was no problem, it was working as intended, and I was just fucked. That's a lie. Did YOU email them? Email them, watch them lie to you. And as far as giving me "something", that personally isn't enough. Literally everything wouldn't be enough to console me. I'm fucking livid over this bullshit.
