Goodbye Charan

We'll have to disagree on that. Killing Uber Elder was a goal created for people who cheated their way past all the other goals they might have set for themselves. There's 100s of different goals people can create in this game without "tools". You've just narrowed it down to one and think that your choice is the only valid one.
Can you elaborate on "cheated their way past all the other goals they might have set for themselves"?

So because their subjective goal is to clear the objectives presented by the game designers they are "cheaters"?

Seems legit shags.

Damn. It's Thursday.

People clear the story line constantly in SSF environments, i don't see how trade league is relevant in this.

I was about to give a response to this until I realized a different poster with the same avatar posted it, lol.

Completing a character or build idea rarely (if ever) involves slogging all the way to the your version of the end.

There comes a point in character creation when getting 'just that one last strength point' just isn't worth the time. Creatively minded people would rather read about what happens at the end of POE's rather thin story line and work on the next character experiment than brainlessly doing the same thing over and over again without adding to the current character build.

It's called a benchmark, similar to how writing a story board for three year olds, seven year olds, fifteen year olds and adults differs.

The firsts being much more forgiving a benchmark then the last.

Reading about the story line and having a character capable of completing it are two entirely different things.
You don't watch a video of somebody killing ubber elder and then say "i just killed ubber elder".

First, why should any of us care?

Second, Impeacher posts are typically "hardly a sentence of content". Why should any of us care?

Third, boronzo went even longer between last post and his post! Oh my gosh is he even worse than Impeacher? Is he part of this weird conspiracy? Why isn't Fairystar part of the conspiracy anymore? Why should any of us care?

1) You shouldn't care, it's an observation

person 1 post - My glasses are sitting there on the table.
person 2 post - That is a stupid post. Why should we care?

person 2 post - That is a stupid post. Why do you care enough about your stupid observation to even post about your stupid observation?
person 1 post - My glasses are still sitting there on the table.
person 2 post - That is a stupid post. Why are you so obsessed with your glasses sitting there on the table? Why should we care?

2) I don't know, same reason you seem to find a need to quote me? Posting one-liners without content like "none of this is true" to me appear to be "sentences without content".

You are the one that seemed to think that there was something special about Impeacher's response being a partial sentence in this case. I'm responding that is how his posts frequently are.

3) i suggest you learn the difference between am/pm and between posting to a thread when it is on first page or bumping it from third page to first page.
Since my observation was based on that fact, not that people post in this thread when its on firstpage GD which is normal.

Anyhow, im glad it amused you and that Jerle has "got your back" on that front, i reckon its the same kind of amusement i get from seeing you backing up the impeacher who posts "none of this is true" as if thats how a counter-argument is formulated.

Why the [expletive deleted] should we care about this problem you are having with your strange obsession about this thread being bumped?

Jerle responded before I did. So, why the assertion that he got my back, didn't I get his back?

Ironically, Charan would probably be the first to agree he only played 30% of this game since he didn't care for the endgame at all or most of the game systems(crafting/mapping/endgame character stats/building etc)
He proved himself on multiple occasions to be out of depth when it came to feedback threads regarding game systems and i don't really think he cared or concerns himself with that observation.

Peace,

-Boem-

The only half truth in his post was the fact that Charan doesn't like end game content and doesn't pretend to be "good" at PoE.

Over 430 threads discussing labyrinth problems with over 1040 posters in support (thread # 1702621) Thank you all! GGG will implement a different method for ascension in PoE2. Retired!
I already explained multiple times why i care, how is that relevant to you caring?

You want me to formulate a reason why you should care or something.

I find this entire thread amusing for multiple reasons

1) charan not being gone from the forums (active alt account)
2) charans action signaling he wants to be forgotten and ignored as a contributor to the forums and people making him relevant by proxy
3) people who say they respect Charan ignoring his wishes by making him a subject of discussion

Pick at random and laugh?

Like shags said earlier, respect his wishes and let it rest.(which could have been done 50 pages ago just to add insult to injury)

Peace,

Charan saves us once again from the misery. I need your presence here more then ever. We need your wisdom 😢😢😢.
GGG thank you for all the great things you are doing. You have combined every element of all other great Rpg's and joined them together as one Diamond, that will shine Forever.
